We are pleased to announce the release of a short film about a cultural exchange that took place in September 2022 at Ɂedacho Tłaze (Timber Bay).
At the place where the forest meets the tundra, Łutsël K’é Dene Elders and youth and Mãori Rangstahi and Kaitiakiand shared ways of knowing and being, language, and oral history. The result was a powerful intergenerational transfer of traditional knowledge and Dënesųłiné language, and a beautiful, permanent connection between two Nations. Comments are closed.
